A good realtor is one who pays close attention to your needs, knows the area well and is able to negotiate the best deal. Ginger is all that and more. She helped me narrow down my options and make the best choice during my home search and then did that again for my mother when she moved to Norman. Since then, she has been available when I’ve needed to find contractors to maintain my home and is always open to discuss my changing property needs. She is very conscientious and a hard worker. Ginger was great to work with. She patiently chauffeured us around Norman looking at a variety of houses, some of which we picked and some of which she picked. This was a challenge because we weren’t exactly sure what we wanted and we were moving from out of state and so all of our house hunting had to occur during the few visits to Norman we could make. Ginger had plenty of water and snacks for us as we looked at houses. Most important was she worked with us when an issue arose that potentially threatened the sale. Because of her perseverance, ingenuity, and her negotiation advice, we were able to move forward on the transaction. Ginger essentially saved the sale and we are forever grateful for all of her efforts.
